Lead by Mitchel “Doosty” Taunton, Break-a-Sweat is a full body calisthenic workout with exercises designed to increase fitness and health through functional athletic movements in dance.
This workout not only helps you to look great but allows you to explore and develop the strength, technique and agility necessary in hip-hop and breaking.
Whatever your level or experience this class is a combination of hard-work and fun offering each person the opportunity to explore their own potential while pushing you to your limits.

As students work towards both personal and group goals including Rain performances and battle, each teaching term follows a set syllabus to help students meet these objectives while keeping our London dance classes open for new members to attend at any point.
Our Breaking classes are great for young adults seeking a healthy way to stay fit, learn to break and connect with the UK’s hip-hop and breaking community as students work towards both personal and group goals including Rain performances and battle.

Lead by Clint Sinclair and Haseeb “Chilly” Hearn our Thursday adult classes allow students to build movement vocabulary, strategy and confidence for performances and battles, while establishing a disciplined physical regime for training.
Rain adult classes are guided but not bound by our programme syllabus to help students meet personal objectives. Classes are open to new members at any point and at any level.
